NCKU students’ self-shot wedding photos arouse attention
Tainan, Taiwan, 16 Feb 2012
The wedding photos shot by the student couples at the south-based National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan attracted great attentions on the internet recently.
The story involves two student couples. Yu-Wen Wang, a graduate student in the nursing department, and Bo-Kai Chuang, chief resident of NCKU Hospital, will get married in the end of February, and Wan-Ju Li, a doctoral student in the medical department, and Hao-Chiang Chien, a doctoral student of life science, will be married in June.
As the four of them are all passionate amateur photographers, and because professional wedding shots are very costly, they decided to shoot their own wedding photos and did their own costumes as well.
The couples leave splendid wedding memories at every corner of the most beautiful campus in Taiwan. Their gorgeous wedding photos are set at the most-memorable places in their own life, besides the beautiful campus of NCKU, they also set foot to their hometown ChiaYi to represent childhood scenes, leaving the most preferable and extraordinary images of the special moment in life.
Chien when asked the benefit of self-shot wedding photos said, the budget is low and the style is unlimited and unique.
Many brides-to-be are concerning the heavy make-up and formalized setting of wedding shots by the bridal salon on the market. “With mutual understanding on background of growth, the photos taken by Chien are full of surprises and joy in which the beauty of NCKU and the feminine side of me are kept in the time capsule,” added Wang, a bride-to-be in February.
