It was the first time Mayor Stefan Wolf, City Council President Sylvia Sippach, Director of Information Services, Municipal Government, Friedrich von Klinggarff, President of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar Gerd Zimmermann, Vice-President of The Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music Helmut Well and Prof. Tiago de Oliveira Pinto to visit Taiwan.
