ICOME-T2016 held at NCKU

Light Conference: International Conference on Micro/Nano Optical Engineering 2016 (ICOME-T2016) was held at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, August 15-19, with over 150 scholars and scientists from USA, Greece, UK, Germany, Israel, Japan, and China.
The 2016 Light Conference, with a strong advisory support from the LSA editorial board and staff, presented one of the most visible forums for researchers around the world to share ideas and research discoveries in the field of optics.
NCKU President Huey-Jen Jenny Su as the honor conference chairman welcomed all the guests from the world.
The conference chairmen include Prof. Wei-Min Zhang, the director of Center of Quantum information Science, and Prof. Jyh-Ming Ting, Vice Dean of NCKU engineering college.
According to Prof. Yen-Hsun Su, the head of the LSA editorial office in Tainan, Light Conference is an international platform providing scientists to exchange the cutting edge research and promote the scientific development in the world.
Following its short launch, LSA has rapidly reached a milestone with its 2014 Impact Factor at 14.6, ranking 2nd in all optics journals.

The Light Conference shares the same platform as LSA, co-published by Nature Publishing Group and CIOMP.
