Dr. Chun-Shan Wang, emeritus professor from the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, was honored with a National Science Council (NSC) Excellent Technology Transfer Contribution Award, the university revealed recently.
The technology Dr. Wang developed has been applied to circuit board insulation materials.
Award for Excellent Contributions in Technology Transfer from the National Science Council (NSC) is granted to Taiwan's citizens working in the fields of natural sciences, engineering, life sciences, medicine, agriculture, and social sciences, especially those who have produced exceptional inventions or discoveries with significant impact or innovative contributions to society.
