In the show, Nanguan as a style of Chinese classical music will be integrated with poetry, a cappella, and calligraphy, according to the program.
XinXin Nanguan Ensemble as founded in 2002 by Wang Xin-Xin for preservation, study and promulgation of this ancient and aristocratic art form. It is an ensemble of music connoisseurs committed to put down roots.
Hoping that by sowing seeds and propagates the voices from antiquity in today’s contemporary garden, Nanguan will bloom in the peaceful humanitarian spirit of the past and assuage the spiritual chaos of the present.
