2015 International Symposium on Remote Sensing to be held in NCKU April 22 - Noodls
The 2015 International Symposium on Remote Sensing (ISRS) will be held in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, from 22 to 24 April.
It will gather high-level governmental and academic representatives, including
Vice Premier of Executive Yuan, President of NCKU, President of Chinese Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, President of Korean Society of Remote Sensing, Co-Chair of the Standing Committee of Environmental Monitoring from Space of East Asia (EMSEA), as well as all relevant institutional stakeholders, non-governmental organizations and business sector entities.
The topics of ISRS 2015 cover sensors and platforms, remote sensing applications, mapping, Geographical Information Sciences (GIS), education, Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), hazard mitigation, and method development and image processing.
More than 300 participants will join the three-day symposium, and three plenary sessions will be held in the event, according to NCKU.
